It’s almost here! This Thursday, Pizza and I are flying out to Texas to walk in the Breast Cancer 3-Day. I wanted to share some info here in case anyone is interested in following it. All of this info can be found on the DFW 3-Day Supporter Guide.
WEBCAM
There will be a live webcam from camp (Video only, no aidio). See riveting footage of a couple thousand people shuffling about in pain. The camera will be on from 2 pm to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday evening. To visit, click on the link above to the Supporter Guide and follow directions.

GET EMAIL UPDATES
Thanks to my Jack Bauer Blackberry (Jackberry?), I’ll be sending interested supporters emails from the event. These updates may not exactly be magnificent prose. In fact, you can expect something like “MY FEET HURT” and “HOT DAMN, THIS REST STOP HAS PB&J!” or “I GOT A BLISTER THAT LOOKS LIKE A BREAST IMPLANT!”. But if you’re interested in receiving them, email me at karenbgarrett (at) gmail (dot) com.
CHECK THIS BLOG
Next week when I get home, I’ll post pictures and stories of the event.
Thanks everyone!
